About The Brand

PrestigeLocker is a UK-based luxury resale brand specialising in rare sneakers & streetwear.

The brand has built a loyal community including well-known celebrities, and achieved its best year to date in 2025, driven by improved supply networks and growing authority within the resale market.

the challenge

The resale market moves fast - a limited drop or restock can sell out within hours.

The challenge was building a paid media system reactive enough to capitalise on demand the moment it appeared, whilst managing tight CPA thresholds across multiple SKUs, driving creative diversity for products with limited USPs, and unlocking consistent new customer acquisition in a market where repeat purchase rates are naturally low.

our plan to action

    1. Balancing Aggressive Ad Spend with Tight CPA Thresholds

Budget increases were directly tied to strict CPA thresholds and performance signals.

Campaign structure and creative testing were refined to protect efficiency while maintaining aggressive spend levels.

    1. Scaling Multiple SKUs Profitably Within Strict Stock Constraints

We aligned paid media strategy closely with live stock levels, prioritising high-margin, high-availability SKUs while dynamically reducing spend on constrained products.

Campaigns were structured on a per-product basis, with persona-led creative mapped to each SKU to ensure consistent diversity and relevance.

    1. Driving Creative Diversity for Branded Products with Limited USPs

Deep audience research outside of platform data enabled us to identify key personas and build creative angles designed to resonate with each segment at scale.

    1. Unlocking Incremental New Customer Reach with Low Repeat Purchase Rates

With repeat purchase rates naturally limited in resale, we focused on unlocking incremental new customer reach through structured creative and top-of-funnel scaling.

During Our six years together we achieved

381%

Year-on-year revenue growth in 2025

7

Figures+ Annual revenue achieved

27%

Reduction in new customer CPA in 2025

“Been with these guys a few years now and never disappoint. Highly recommend.”
